Nottingham Forest’s Matty Cash and Tiago Silva made the XI – some Reds fans joked that Jayden Bogle should have also been in for his ‘assist’ at the City Ground.

A number of Nottingham Forest fans have been commenting on Twitter about two of their players making the Championship Team of the Week following their latest win over their beleaguered bitter rivals.
The City Ground side made it three wins in a row against Derby County – not to mention five unbeaten without conceding – and once again got their hands on the Brian Clough Trophy following a solid display and a winning goal handed to them on a plate at the weekend.
Phillip Cocu’s side sought to play out from the back as the ball was worked to Jayden Bogle, who clumsily played a ball towards the centre which curled neatly into the path of Lewis Grabban, who was on hand to connect with a clinical effort into the bottom-left corner for the only goal of the game.
Matty Cash and Tiago Silva were both superb against the Rams and as such they made the squad, while former Reds Britt Assombalonga and Patrick Bamford also made the cut the team due to their displays for Middlesbrough and Leeds respectively.
Here is what some Forest fans said on social media in response after the Reds posted the TOTW – including a few joking about how Bogle didn’t make it in the team despite his “sublime” assist:
