Talented Nottingham Forest ace signs new deal.

Nottingham Forest have announced talented prospect Arvin Appiah has signed a new contract.
The club’s official website states Appiah has signed a four-and-a-half year deal taking him up to June 2023.
Appiah has just turned 18 and has been in Forest’s academy since he was nine.
He made his first team debut earlier in the season in the Carabao Cup and scored against Burton Albion.
The teenager is an England under-18 international, scoring three times in seven games.

Despite his impressive cameo for Forest in the Carabao Cup, Appiah is yet to make a start in the Championship.
Signing a new contract is a positive step forward and new manager Martin O’Neill may seek to fast track his development.

The Independent reported just last week that clubs in the Bundesliga were circling Appiah as they look to echo the success of Jadon Sancho at Dortmund by targeting top young English talent.
Signing Appiah to a new deal does not guarantee he will stay, but it certainly helps and it keeps Forest in control of his future.
Fans are pleased about the new contract and want to see Appiah get more playing time with the first team.
