Nottingham Forest were beaten 2-0 by Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium yesterday.

Aitor Karanka has encouraged Nottingham Forest to keep battling, after their defeat to Middlesbrough yesterday.
Forest struggled at the Riverside Stadium, after they slipped 2-0 down in the first half against Tony Pulis’ promotion chasing side.
Forest fell behind when Daniel Ayala found the back of the net, and then Grant Leadbitter doubled the host’s advantage.
The Reds could not overturn the deficit, as they slipped to their third defeat in a row.
And Karanka was quick to post a message on Twitter to encourage his side to keep fighting after what has been a difficult time of late.
Despite Forest’s poor form the City Ground crowd appear to still have faith that Karanka is the right man for them.
The Spaniard has certainly sparked an improvement at Forest since taking charge, even if their recent form has been a disappointment.
Forest are next in action on Tuesday evening, when they take on Brentford.
