Nottingham Forest fans have been voting for their favourite signing of the window.

After a fairly miserable January, Nottingham Forest ended the month with a flurry of deals. Bringing in Bolton Wanderers forward Zach Clough and Chesterfield winger Gboly Ariyibi on permanent deals, as well as securing the loan signings of Joao Teixeira and Aston Villa pair Aaron Tshibola and Ross McCormack, Forest have undoubtedly improved their squad, as they look to secure their place in the Championship.

Forest fans have been voting the signing which excites them the most from this five, so let’s take a look at the top three…

3. Gboly Ariyibi (7%)

The young winger hasn’t enjoyed the best of seasons with Chesterfield this year, but if last season is anything to go by, the wide man has a great future ahead of him. Powerful, direct and full of pace, Ariyibi should bring some much needed speed to this Nottingham Forest side.

2. Ross McCormack (27%)

The former Leeds United and Fulham forward has had a torrid sign since joining Aston Villa, after falling quickly out of favour under Steve Bruce, and behind Jonathan Kodjia and now Scott Hogan in the pecking order. However, as one of arguably the best strikers in the division over the last few years, Ross McCormack will be keen to prove he’s still got it at the City Ground.

1. Zach Clough (63%)

Running away with the vote with 63% of Forest fans backing, former Bolton Wanderers man Zach Clough has got the Reds faithful excited. Able to play in a number of positions, the young forward is one of the top young prospects in the lower divisions, and will be desperate to succeed as so many others with Clough’s name have at Forest.
