With 16 players signed and around £25 million spent, Nottingham Forest’s free transfer acquisition of Jack Robinson from Queens Park Rangers understandably went somewhat under the radar in the summer.

But after Robinson’s performance against Bolton Wanderers on Wednesday, having sat out Saturday’s defeat to Norwich City while suspended, the 25-year-old is no longer going unnoticed.

Here’s what the Nottingham Forest faithful are saying about Robinson – who signed a two-year deal upon arriving from QPR.

Nottingham Forest bounced back from their weekend disappointment with a 3-0 win at the University of Bolton Stadium, with Joe Lolley and Lewis Grabban (twice) on target.

The result saw Aitor Karanka’s side climb to seventh in the Championship standings, and end a 27-year run of winless matches at the home of the Trotters.
