Nottingham Forest defender impressed with new boss.
Mark Warburton has made a good early impression at Nottingham Forest
Nottingham Forest defender Armand Traore has given an early thumbs up to new manager Mark Warburton, going out of his way to praise him on Instagram.
Traore has barely featured for Forest this season due to injury, making just six starts.
He has recently returned to fitness, making two appearances at the end of Gary Brazil’s interim tenure, although missed the clash against rivals Derby County.
Posting on Instagram, Traore posted: “Loving the new gaffer and his philosophy of playing the game … Really enjoying it.”
After avoiding defeat in his opening game with a 2-2 draw, Warburton is in the second half of a fortnight without a match in which he has been able to get to know his squad.
If Traore’s comment in representative of his teammates then it bodes well for a side who have shown this season they have talent, but lack consistency and have been found wanting defensively.
Forest currently are battling against relegation to League One after being dragged into a survival battle.
