Adlene Guedioura was Nottingham Forest’s star player last night, as they picked up a draw against West Bromwich Albion.

Guedioura was selected to start for Forest against West Bromwich Albion last night, and he put in a man of the match display.
The powerful midfielder scored for Forest in the contest, and he almost secured the goal of the season award in only the second game of the season.
The Algerian took aim from well inside his own half and almost scored past West Brom stopper Sam Johnstone.
It was an indication of just how confident Guedioura is right now, and Karanka believes he is a different player to last season.
Karanka said: “He had a lack of confidence last season but now he’s a completely different player for us on the pitch.”

Guedioura was not a regular starter for Forest last term, but there is no doubting his quality.
The Reds could count themselves highly unfortunate not to be taking the three points last night, after dominating for long periods against West Brom.
Forest had much of the play throughout the contest, but were made to pay for failing to score a second goal, when Matt Phillips blasted home a late equaliser.
