Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers are on the verge of selling Barrie McKay to Nottingham Forest.
According to the Scotsman, Nottingham Forest are set to sign Barrie McKay from Glasgow Rangers for just £750,000, and that could be a brilliant addition for Mark Warburton’s side.
In a transfer window where prices have been hugely inflated, McKay stands out as a real bargain.
McKay’s contract at Rangers may be close to expiring, but Forest still seem to be getting an excellent deal for the 20-year-old.

However, McKay’s value seems to have fallen hugely in the last few months, and Forest could well profit from that.
McKay has all the talent required to be a major threat at Championship level, and is widely regarded as one of the best players in Rangers current squad.
Pedro Caixinha may not want to involve McKay, but Rangers could well miss the winger’s threat next term.
And if McKay goes on to fulfil his potential at Forest, then the Ibrox side may live to regret letting him go for such a small fee.
