The Swedish talent has been in good form with the Forest youth-teams.
Nottingham Forest have plenty of top young players in their set-up. One such player is young Swedish talent Tim Erlandsson.
The 19-year-old was signed by the club from Halmstads BK, initially on loan in September 2014 – signing permanently in the July of 2015.
Nottingham Forest’s Tim Erlandsson
He has been impressing in the Nottingham Forest youth-teams but is now getting a chance to earn some regular playing time at a senior level.
He joined Barrow a couple of days ago on loan until Christmas. Yesterday the Swede made his debut for the club and his senior debut.
He helped the Bluebirds to an impressive 4-1 win against Dagenham and Redbridge in the National League and was clearly happy to make his bow at this level:
Erlandsson was not alone in celebrating his debut. Academy manager Gary Brazil sent out this message on Twitter, clearly happy with the development of his talented young goalie.
The Swedish under-21 international was included in his nations Olympic quad at Rio. Hopefully he can continue to impress at the City Ground and perhaps he can go on to become a regular in the Forest first-team.
