Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to react after German newspaper Wirtschaftswoche released a fresh update on the Super League.
What’s the story?
Well, it seems this isn’t over just yet.
Earlier this year, fans from Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham protested in numbers after their clubs signed up for the Super League.
It was an idea created by Real Madrid President Florentino Perez, and would basically collate Europe’s biggest clubs together in a division where there could be no relegation.
The concept was quashed after protests caused clubs to withdraw their involvement.
Now, the Super League has reared its ugly head again.
Wirtschaftswoche believe the format has changed slightly, so that there won’t be any permanent clubs, and there will now be two 20-team leagues.
Each team will be qualified by the score they get each year in their domestic leagues.
What’s the point of the Super League?

In our view, this new concept sounds very much like the Champions League, albeit without any Group Stage or qualification matches.
We may be wrong, but this concept would surely eradicate the likes of FC Sheriff ever beating Real Madrid inside the Santiago Bernabeu, which is what happened in September.
There are usually 32 teams involved in the Champions League, so 12 clubs will have to be axed under the new Super League rulings.
In our view, if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it.

The Champions League offers a superb spectacle, and everyone knows the rules and what you need to do to qualify.
Changing things will only disrupt football even more, after major changes in VAR and the handball rule – please, just leave the game alone.
For now, let’s see what the Arsenal fans on Twitter have been saying about the news…
