Jose Enrique has slammed Liverpool forward Sadio Mane on Twitter for his comments about leaving Anfield.
Mane has publicly said that he will try to leave Liverpool in the summer transfer window, as quoted on Sky Sports.
The 30-year-old Senegal international forward is out of contract at Liverpool in the summer of 2023.
Bayern Munich are keen on signing Mane and are preparing a bid to sign the Liverpool star this summer, according to Sky Sports.
Sky Sports quotes Mane as saying: ”Like everyone else, I’m on social media and I see the comments. Isn’t it between 60 to 70 per cent of Senegalese that want me to leave Liverpool?
“I will do what they want. We will see soon! Don’t be in a hurry because we’ll see this together.”

Former Liverpool star Jose Enrique has strongly criticised Mane on Twitter for his comments, as you can see below.

Exit inevitable?
In our view, Sadio Mane publicly saying that he will do whatever it takes to leave Liverpool suggests that an exit is inevitable.
Now, of course, the 30-year-old has a contract with Liverpool until the summer of 2023.
So, if Liverpool do not want to sell him now, then Mane will simply have to stay at Anfield for another season.
However, we do not think that the Reds will want to keep the Senegalese against his will.
Moreover, Liverpool will not want to lose a player they paid £30 million for in 2016 (The Liverpool Echo) for free in 2023.
