Darren Bent has said on talkSPORT (5:55pm, February 9, 2023) that Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool should sell Joe Gomez in the summer transfer window.
The former Tottenham Hotspur striker has said that Gomez has not done consistently well for Liverpool.
The talkSPORT pundit made the comments about the £85,000-a-week (Spotrac) 25-year-old English centre-back while analysing the Liverpool players who could leave Anfield at the end of the season.
According to Bent, Gomez, who can also operate as a right-back, could be among the players Liverpool could sell in the summer of 2023.

Joe Gomez signed a new contract with Liverpool only in July 2022.
So, Liverpool must have seen something in the defender that told them that he could be a massive player for the team in the future.
Yes, Gomez is not having the best of times at the moment and Liverpool themselves are struggling as a team.
