Arsenal are said to be willing to let Aaron Ramsey go on a free transfer at the end of the season.

According to the Daily Mirror, Arsenal will not offer Aaron Ramsey a contract, as he doesn’t fit in with Unai Emery’s long-term plans.

Ramsey’s current deal expires at the end of the season, which means that he looks likely to walk out of the Emirates Stadium of a free transfer.

And losing Ramsey for no money would be a poor decision for Arsenal to make.

Emery surely needs to reconsider his decision, as Arsenal could lose millions if Ramsey does head to the exit door.

Ramsey may not currently be in his best form, but there is no doubting his ability as a player.

If Arsenal let the central midfielder leave then there is sure to be a queue of Premier League clubs who want to take him on a free transfer.

And letting Ramsey go for nothing would have to go down as a mistake by Emery, as it just looks a terrible business decision.
