Harry Kane has shared that there is ‘intensity’ with Antonio Conte, not just when he is out on the pitch, but also during Tottenham team meetings, as he told Footy with UTI.
Before Spurs snapped up Conte, many knew about his intense nature and how he is a highly-demanding coach.
There aren’t cutting any corners with the Italian and the manner in which he man-manages his group of players is a big reason behind why he has had such a trophy-laden career so far.
Even during Tottenham’s recent COVID outbreak, those players away from the training pitch would have no doubt been handed a gruelling schedule by their manager.
This is, of course, the first time Kane is working alongside Conte and he would have started to get to know him pretty well by now.
And the England captain has already picked up on the fact that those ‘intensity’ levels by Conte are even present during meetings.
“He’s a winner,” said Kane. “He wins everywhere he goes. You can see that in him.
“Not just on the pitch. But in the meetings also and just intensity when he is talking to you.
“He brings a huge belief to everyone at the club and, hopefully, we can have a great season.”

After a summer of drama surrounding Kane’s future, all eyes will be on the player in January.
Conte is the type of manager to give the boot to players that aren’t 100% committed to the cause and questions will be asked about the Spurs striker next month if he tries to move away.
There don’t seem to be any signs that will happen again, which should be music to the ears of the supporters and their quest to put trophies in their cabinet.
So far, Conte is unbeaten in the Premier League, although, this recent COVID outbreak at the club wouldn’t have helped anyone’s cause at the club.
