Alasdair Gold has shared that Joe Hart is a ‘good presence’ in Tottenham’s dressing room, as he told his own YouTube channel.
It has been suggested by Gold that Hart is not going to be a part of Nuno Espirito Santo’s plans at Tottenham ahead of the new campaign.
Hart played behind Hugo Lloris in the Premier League last season and was used sporadically during other cup matches.
But it’s quite clear that he’s not going to increase his minutes next season, especially with the arrival of Pierluigi Gollini, as Gold shared what he’s like behind the scenes.
“Joe Hart has been informed that he is not in Nuno’s plans,” said Gold. “So, it’s kind of down to him now if he moves on and gets game time elsewhere.
“Otherwise, he is the third choice and unlikely to play at all this season. From everything I hear, he is a good presence in the dressing room.
“He’s a real winner and rubbed off on a lot of the players as well. That kind of attitude. But if he’s not part of the plans then he’s not part of the plans.”

It’s pretty incredible as to how Hart’s career has stagnated from the England goalkeeper that was winning the Premier League title in Manchester City colours many years ago.
Loan spells in Italy, a brief spell at West Ham and sitting on Burnley’s bench, it hasn’t gone the way many envisaged.
It just goes to show that there isn’t a guarantee in what you do in your career and you can fall flat on your face at any moment.
But with Nuno not seemingly planning to use Hart going forward then surely his next step, at whatever level, has to be earning those regular minutes once more.
