Should Tottenham make a move for Arda Turan?

Tottenham Hotspur showed a shift in their transfer strategy this summer when they moved to sign veteran Fernando Llorente.
Llorente, 32, instantly became the oldest outfield player in Tottenham’s squad, with the team giving up on the more youthful Vincent Janssen, signed a year earlier.
Another area where young players have failed to produce for Spurs is on the wings, with N’Koudou and N’Jie failing to deliver.
This is why Spurs should consider the opportunity to strike a deal for Barcelona outcast Arda Turan.

Turan has had a fairly miserable time since joining Barcelona two years ago in a £28 million move from Atletico Madrid.

The 99-time capped Turkey international still has managed to score 15 goals and provide 11 assists in 55 appearances – most of which have come as a substitute.
Turan has vital experience which Spurs could benefit from and plays as a left winger,
Barcelona were claimed by Talksport to be considering sending Turan out on loan in the summer, and right now he is just kicking his heels in the stands.
Spurs could make him a more valuable part of their squad and the Turkey ace would help their push to win silverware before the season is over.
