Yannick Bolasie has been speaking about a potential return to Crystal Palace, after leaving Everton as a free agent.

On Amazon’s When Eagles Dare special, the 32-year-old admitted that he wouldn’t say no if the south Londoners came calling.

Bolasie said: “Everyone knows that’s home. I’m not gonna say no if I need to go home, do you know what I mean? God willing, we’ll see.”

The 43-cap DR Congo international clearly loves Crystal Palace, describing Selhurst Park as his home.

That comes as no surprise. Bolasie has made more appearances for the Eagles than any other club throughout his career.

The flamboyant winger racked up 144 appearances for Crystal Palace, scoring 13 goals while also providing 30 assists.

In total, he’s made 119 Premier League appearances.

Bolasie left SE25 for Everton in 2016 in a deal worth £25 million.

Sadly, a serious knee injury ruined his time at Goodison Park.

He spent spells on loan at Aston Villa, RSC Anderlecht, Sporting Lisbon and Middlesbrough, but none decided to sign him permanently.

At 32, Bolasie might not be the same player who captured the Selhurst Park faithful’s imaginations.

He has suffered a serious injury, and his confidence may have become dented after years of being moved around and sidelined by Everton.

However, the Eagles are in need of more wingers – this would be a hugely popular move for Steve Parish and Dougie Freedman to make.
