Gary Neville has claimed that he has ‘never heard’ from Arsenal owner Stan Kroenke, as he told Sky Sports.
The TV pundit shared that it’s ‘disappointing’ how clubs like Arsenal communicate to their supporters, especially someone like Kroenke.
The 74-year-old isn’t a popular figure in North London and if Arsenal fans probably got their way, then they would vote him to sell up.
Spotify owner Daniel Ek has been lingering in the background at the Emirates and suggested that he wants to buy Arsenal.
If anything happens in that regard, then it probably won’t happen any time soon, but it will be interesting to see how long Ek waits in the wing.
Nonetheless, Neville sent a pretty blunt message about ownership, which many fans will agree with.
“I always feel with these big clubs,” said Neville. “A lot of these big clubs now, there isn’t enough communication from the ownership to the fans at all.
“So, actually, they are left to wonder sometimes. What the project is? What the real long-term plan is? I feel that’s really poor. I think that there isn’t that direction sort of publicly you get from Arsenal.
“Kroenke, I have never heard from him. I just feel that is something fans are searching and wanting more, and they’re not getting it. It’s disappointing.”

The decision for those in the Arsenal boardroom to push for the now disbanded European Super League was just one of reasons why fans are fed up of the big-money owners running their club.
Arsenal will always be a big club, perhaps the third biggest in England behind Manchester United and Liverpool.
But for their owners to think they can try to enter the ESL, when they aren’t even in Europe, is just a prime example as to how they have no shame with what they do.
Despite all those issues, one thing Kroenke has done this summer is back Mikel Arteta, so if he doesn’t deliver, then the pressure will be on the Spaniard, more than the American.
