If Arsenal’s progress into the Europa League semi-final was based on its players’ pre-match promos, Mikel Arteta’s side could already start celebrating.

That’s because Arsenal winger Nicolas Pepe has posted a very interesting – some may say silly – Instagram video just hours before tonight’s trip to Slavia Prague.

The Gunners are slight underdogs to move into the last four of the competition after Slavia earned a 1-1 draw – and an away goal – at the Emirates Stadium last Thursday.

But Arsenal seem confident of going through – well, Pepe’s social media team do, anyway.

That’s because an outlandish Call of Duty-style video was posted from the Ivory Coast international’s Instagram account, just hours before the game.

In it, Pepe can be seen dressed as some sort of commando who parachutes from a plane and glides toward the Sinobo Stadium, where tonight’s second leg is being played.

It’s certainly a very creative effort from the Arsenal star’s people but suffice to say that some fans of the North London club aren’t sold on the idea itself.

Here’s what some of them are saying on Twitter:
