Leeds United travel to Carrow Road to face Norwich City on Saturday knowing that they face an uphill task trying to keep their unbeaten run going.
The Whites are currently one point off the top six in the Championship, and have not lost any of their last four games in all competitions.
Leeds manager Garry Monk
However, they face one of the early pace-setters in the division in the Canaries. And while Alex Neil’s men lost 5-0 in their previous game, there is no question that they boast one of the strongest squads in the Championship.
Although Leeds scraped through their last game – a narrow 2-0 victory over Burton Albion at Elland Road – they arguably have plenty of momentum on their side.
Leeds United’s Chris Wood
In previous years, an under-par performance would have often seen Leeds picked apart. However, under Garry Monk, United have seemingly discovered a way to win when not at their best.
So while they received a wake-up call against the Brewers, they still bagged the three points, and that should arguably help them rediscover their better form.
They also boast an EFL cup win over Norwich in recent times. While the game was decided on penalties, Leeds perhaps boast a psychological edge having played through extra-time with just 10 men after an injury to Lewie Coyle.

With that in mind, it may not be a massive surprise to see Monk keep faith with the team that faced Burton.
Liam Bridcutt will not be ready for the game, while Stuart Dallas’ recent absence means that he is surely more likely to feature from the bench, if at all.
Meanwhile, last Saturday’s hero Souleymane Doukara may be in contention to start following his recent good form. However, it would perhaps make more sense to use the forward as an impact substitute after his contribution against Burton.
However, Kemar Roofe will know that if given another chance to start, he needs to make the most of the opportunity as another strong display from Doukara may leave Monk with a decision to make following the break.
