The Canaries cult hero has extended his contract with the soon-to-be Premier League outfit until 2022.

Norwich City have made a lot of their fans even happier by announcing that popular defender Timm Klose has signed a new three-year contract which will keep him at Carrow Road until the summer of 2022.
The 31-year-old signed from Wolfsburg in 2016 for an undisclosed fee reported by Transfermarkt to be £9.9million and played a significant part in the Canaries’ superb 2018-19 Championship season.
Klose made 31 appearances in the league for Daniel Farke’s side last term as they sealed the title and promotion to the Premier League, but with his previous contract set to expire this summer, .there had been some fan concerns over whether he would be turning out in the top flight with them.
These worries have now disappeared as Norwich’s official Twitter account posted a video in which Klose is seen reading some fan tweets urging him to stay before being handed a contract, cheerfully saying “I’m staying” and putting pen to paper before the clip ends with the hashtag #timmstays.
Needless to say a lot of Canaries fans were delighted and some took to the social media platform to revel in the announcement:
As the cherry on top, the Norwich admin went on to post a photo of Klose’s face superimposed on Leonardo di Caprio’s character Jordan Belfort from The Wolf of Wall Street (you know the meme):
