Norwich City midfielder Tom Trybull has taken to Twitter with a message for the Canaries fanbase after signing a new contract at Carrow Road ahead of the 2019-20 Premier League season.

The 26-year-old lynchpin, on Norwich’s books since the summer of 2017, has penned a new three-year deal which ties him to the newly promoted club until 2022, with a further year option.

Trybull has made 60 appearances for the East Anglian side since arriving on a free transfer after leaving Dutch side ADO Den Haag in August 2017.

Last season, the former Germany youth international made 31 appearances in the Championship – 22 of which were starts – as he helped Daniel Farke’s side secure promotion to the Premier League as champions.

Here is what Trybull wrote on his Twitter feed, as well as some of the fan response – plus a reply from teammate Marco Stiepermann – on the platform:

Several key members of Norwich’s Championship-winning team, such as Christoph Zimmermann, Emiliano Buendia, Teemu Pukki, Marco Stiepermann, Onel Hernandez, Ben Godfrey, Kenny McLean and Tim Krul have all penned new deals at Carrow Road in recent weeks.
