The Canaries midfielder, who scored twice against Leeds United last week, has been recognised for his January achievements.

Norwich City are on cloud nine at present as they sit top of the Championship having dethroned previous leaders Leeds United by a convincing 3-1 scoreline last Saturday.
The Canaries put in a sterling performance against the Whites at Elland Road, with Mario Vrancic’s curled free kick breaking the deadlock after just five minutes played.
In the 35th minute, prolific striker Teemu Pukki added a second, and Vrancic then all but killed the game off as a contest in the 78th minute from Jamal Lewis’ cross.
Although Patrick Bamford netted a consolation for Leeds in stoppage time, both the afternoon and the summit of the league would belong to Daniel Farke’s side for the time being at least.
This week, there was another boost for Norwich as Vrancic, so impressive against Marcelo Bielsa’s charges, won the PFA Championship Player of the Month award for January.
The Bosnia and Herzegovina midfielder picked up 45 per cent of the vote to win the first award of 2019, according to the Pink Un.

He triumphed over the likes of Hull’s Jarrod Bowen, Aston Villa’s Tammy Abraham, Brentford pair Said Benrahma and Rico Henry, and Blackburn’s David Raya.
After Norwich announced the news on their official Twitter account, some Canaries fans took to Twitter to express their thoughts:
