Teemu Pukki, now at Norwich City, struggled during his spell at Celtic.

Norwich City forward Teemu Pukki has admitted to Sky Sports that it was hard for him at Celtic.
Pukki, now at Norwich City in the Championship in England, moved to Celtic from German club Schalke in the summer of 2013 for a transfer fee reported by Sky Sports to be worth £3 million.
The 28-year-old Finland international striker struggled to make an impact at Celtic Park and joined Brondby in the summer of 2014 on a loan deal before making the move permanent in the summer of 2015.
According to Sky Sports, the striker scored nine goals in 37 appearances for Celtic.
The former HJK and Schalke has reflected on his spell at Celtic, and has admitted that it was not easy for him at Celtic Park.
Pukki told Sky Sports: “I think we can say it wasn’t the success we were hoping for and it was a hard time for me personally. I started well and got a couple of goals, but then it didn’t go so well and it’s hard to say why.
“The one year I had there was a really good experience for me. I have good memories and it made me a better player. I got used to the physical play in Scotland and it taught me about some stuff for sure.
“I’m happy even though it didn’t go so well and I guess it wasn’t meant to be. Then I got the transfer I needed to Denmark.”

Success at Norwich City
Pukki joined Norwich in the Championship in England in the summer of 2018 on a free transfer.
The 28-year-old has made 32 appearances in the Championship for the Canaries so far the season, scoring 24 goals and providing seven assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
Norwich are at the top of the Championship table at the moment with 69 points from 35 matches, just two points clear of second-placed Leeds United.
