Leeds United have been linked with Norwich City’s Kyle Lafferty for a considerable amount of time.

Leeds United making a move for Kyle Lafferty has been the rumour which won’t go away, over the past few transfer windows.
Lafferty has been constantly linked with Leeds, with the striker believed to be on their wishlist for some time.
However, since Garry Monk has taken charge, the Whites have looked elsewhere for attacking additions.
Kemar Roofe and Marcus Antonsson were both brought in last summer, to improve Leeds’ attacking options.
While Roofe has proven to be a smart addition, Antonsson’s time at Elland Road has been highly disappointing.
And Leeds are likely to be looking for a new striker in the summer yet again.

Whereas before they have failed to complete a deal for Lafferty, due to complications, the transfer could be easier to process this summer.
Lafferty has been released by Norwich City – and given that he has hinted that a move to Leeds would appeal previously, it seems likely that he would be open to a switch to the Yorkshire club (HITC).
Whether Leeds would be interested again, remains to be seen, but on a free transfer – it may be that the switch which has been talked about for so long, finally takes place.
