The Derby County striker began his career at Norwich City.

Norwich City striker Cameron Jerome is off to Derby County, according to The Telegraph.
Jerome has scored 42 goals in 138 games since his 2014 move to Carrow Road and his exit will undoubtedly leave Norwich light up top.
With Steven Naismith also set to depart, Nelson Oliveira could end up the Canaries’ last remaining striker unless another arrives this month.

And some Norwich supporters have identified the man they want – who is, incidentally, the very same soon to be joined by Jerome at Derby.
The 31-year-old’s imminent arrival will surely spell the end for Chris Martin, who is already said to be interesting several Championship sides including Leeds United, Reading and Sunderland.
But having been born in nearby Beccles, and began his career at Carrow Road, a return to Norwich could appeal to Martin – who has scored 64 goals in 188 games for Derby – if offered.

Several – albeit not all – Canaries fans certainly hope that’s the case. Here’s what they’re saying about the Rams striker on Twitter…
Would Derby’s Martin be a good signing for Norwich?
