Norwich City fans have had a mixed reaction to the news that Sheffield Wednesday striker Jordan Rhodes could be on their wishlist.

The Daily Mirror claim that Norwich are keen on signing Wednesday’s Rhodes this summer, as they look to replace the goals James Maddison provided them.

Rhodes has struggled over the past campaign at Wednesday, with his goalscoring form not particularly impressive.

However, he has previously been a clinical scorer at Championship level.

And some Norwich fans feel that bringing the Wednesday front man in could be worthwhile, if he can recreate his past form for them.

Rhodes is on a sizeable contract at Wednesday, so Norwich could have difficulties matching his current wage.

Wednesday are thought to be open to selling Rhodes, as they need to cut costs to ensure they comply with Financial Fair Play regulations.
