The 27-year-old joined Norwich in 2014 and was at the club for two seasons before departing this summer. He was not a hit with the Canaries. He played just 14 games for Norwich in two seasons and failed to score. Eventually he spent time out on loan at Rotherham United last season, where he scored his first and only goal in English football.

The midfielder, who has six caps for Belgium, was certainly not a success at Carrow Road and Norwich fans were left bemused when they saw that their flop midfielder had scored a stunning goal against Real Madrid in the Champions League.
