Arsenal have allowed a number of young players to leave the club in recent times, and some may now leave a sense of regret.

Serge Gnabry, Donyell Malen and Ismael Bennacer are the main regrets, but youngsters like Eberechi Eze, Josh Dasilva and Yunus Musah are now emerging too.

The name Josh Martin may not mean all that much to some Arsenal fans, but he is now striving to join that list of talents.

The 19-year-old spent 10 years in the Arsenal setup, but they allowed him to leave for Norwich City in March 2019.

Primarily a winger, Martin is now in and around Daniel Farke’s first-team setup this season, and he impressed against Stoke City on Tuesday night.

Martin played an hour in the 3-2 win, picking up an assist as he slotted Teemu Pukki through on goal to score with a fine pass.

The teenager is now being praised by Norwich fans for his performance, and Arsenal may somewhat fear him coming back to haunt them in the future.

Canaries fans suggest that Martin was ‘excellent’ and ‘exceptional’ branding him a ‘baller’ as the former Gunners starlet begins to make himself known in the Championship.
