Norwich City fans on Twitter mocked Leeds United after they were beaten 1-0 at Birmingham City on Saturday afternoon in what was another crucial day in the race for promotion.

Daniel Farke’s side set the tone for the by beating QPR 4-0 on home soil before Leeds lost at St Andrew’s and the Blades beat Preston North End to move into second spot.

As a result, Chris Wilder’s side are once again in control of their own destiny because if they win their remaining games then they will go up automatically.

There are six games in the season remaining and only one point separates both Yorkshire clubs. Leaders Norwich are seemingly running away with it because they are now eight points ahead of third place.

It would take an absolute disaster of a collapse from Daniel Farke’s side if they were to finish outside of the top two now, with one more spot now seemingly left for Sheffield United and Leeds.
