Tottenham Hotspur fans have suggested that they should just sell Serge Aurier, after Sky Sports claimed that they have rejected a bid for the Ivorian.
Sky said that AC Milan made their opening offer for Aurier yesterday, but it was swiftly rejected by Spurs.
But Tottenham fans think that Daniel Levy is playing a risky game by trying to maximise the money he receives for the Ivorian.
And they have suggested that Spurs should just cash in on the 27-year-old now.
Aurier actually was given frequent game time at Spurs last season, but that was more out of necessity than choice.
Aurier was Tottenham’s only real option at right-back, and although he did improve under Mourinho, he did little to convince that he was the long-term answer in the role.
Aurier was simply too error prone to be relied upon, and Spurs already seem to have found his replacement.
