Leeds United defender Pontus Jansson is reportedly on his way to Brentford.

Noel Whelan has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to speculation that Pontus Jansson is leaving Leeds United for Championship rivals Brentford in the summer transfer window.
According to West London Sport, Brentford are on the verge of signing Jansson for a transfer fee of around £5 million.
Former Leeds striker Whelan, who now works as a pundit for BBC Radio Leeds, has taken to Twitter give his reaction to speculation that the Sweden international central defender is set to leave Elland Road this summer.

Replacing Pontus Jansson
Jansson is one of the best central defenders in the Championship, and the 28-year-old is at the peak of his powers.
It is not going to be easy for the Whites to replace the Swede, but they should really find a suitable replacement.
Ben White has joined Leeds on loan from Brighton and Hove Albion, but 21-year-old is very young and is relatively inexperienced.
Leeds will be aiming to finish in the top two of the Championship table next season and clinch automatic promotion to the Premier League.
