Leeds United’s disappointing form has continued this afternoon, as Marcelo Bielsa’s side lost yet again.
The Whites have suffered a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Brighton and Hove Albion at Elland Road in the Premier League. Neal Maupay scored the only goal of the match in the 17th minute.
It was Leeds’s third successive defeat following losses to Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League and Crawley Town in the FA Cup.

Whelan said on BBC Radio Leeds at full time (4:52pm, January 16, 2021): “Even though it was an improved performance in the second half, it’s still not good enough to probably win a game in the Championship, let alone in the Premier League.”
