Leeds United boss Thomas Christiansen has made Mateusz Klich his first addition at Elland Road.
Noel Whelan has expressed his delight at Leeds United completing the signing of Mateusz Klich today.
Klich has penned a three-year deal at Leeds, after arriving from FC Twente.
The 27-year-old has become Thomas Christiansen’s first signing at Elland Road, and is expected to have a key role to play for the Whites next season.
And Whelan has welcomed the Polish international to Elland Road with open arms on social media website Twitter.
Klich is renowned as a creative midfielder, and he should add to Leeds’ goal threat for the upcoming campaign.
Leeds actually targeted Klich last summer, but were unable to complete a deal.

However, the Whites have kept tabs on him ever since – and moved quickly when FC Twente made him available.
Leeds have now completed two signings over the transfer window so far, with Hadi Sacko also moving to Elland Road on a permanent deal.
Leeds begin the new campaign with a match against Bolton Wanderers on 6th August.
