Pontus Jansson was in action for Leeds United against Brentford in the Championship this past weekend.

Jansson featured for Leeds in their Championship match against Brentford at Elland Road this past Saturday afternoon.
The Sweden international defender was superb for the West Yorkshire outfit in their 1-1 draw with the Bees.
The 27-year-old played brilliantly at the back, and the former Malmo FF star also scored the equaliser for Marcelo Bielsa’s side in the 88th minute.
Former Leeds striker Whelan was following the match for BBC Radio Leeds, and he was impressed with the display produced by Jansson.
Whelan said about Jansson on BBC Radio Leeds this past Saturday afternoon (2:40pm, October 6, 2018): “He was my man of the match today. He is just finding his form, his true best.”

Jansson is getting back to his best for Leeds, and his performance against Brentford was brilliant.
The 27-year-old is a leader at the back, and the Sweden international will be a key figure for the Whites as the season progresses.
The draw with Brentford means that Leeds are now third in the Championship table with 23 points from 12 matches, just two points behind leaders Sheffield United.
