Manchester City fans have taken to Twitter to react after Sky Sports posted a very strange tweet shortly after the Citizens won the Premier League title.

Sky Sports asked their followers if Manchester City could still be considered a great team despite their second-place finish last term.

Obviously, that’s a bizarre question to ask.

Pep Guardiola’s side have won three of the last four Premier League titles available, so quite clearly, they’re a great team.

For some reason, Sky Sports felt the need to question that after one second-place finish, in what was a very odd tweet indeed.

They waited just 38 minutes after full-time at Old Trafford to post the ‘unbelievable’ tweet, and the Manchester City fans are not happy.

Even though they finished second last term, the Citizens still scored a league-high 102 goals.

They also conceded just 35 in 38 outings.

To question whether a great team truly is a great one because they haven’t won four titles in a row is crazy – no wonder the fans below are annoyed.
