Tottenham Hotspur fans are in hysterics at what Lucas Moura posted on Twitter following the outage of a number of social media platforms.
On Monday, users found that Instagram and WhatApp weren’t loading or sending messages, due to a worldwide crash, which included Facebook.
Some would have taken to iMessage to communicate with others, or use Twitter.
And Tottenham’s flying winger did just that, as he posted: “With the fall of WhatsApp and Instagram. I was able to talk a little with my wife. Very nice person she is.”
Spurs fans have loved the humour their £23 million player (BBC Sport) has shown, who is a popular player amongst the fanbase.
Perhaps Moura needs to show more of this side because the fans certainly liked it.
It has been a good week for the quick-footed Brazilian because, on Sunday, he helped Spurs record a 2-1 win over Aston Villa.
He was involved in the second goal when he played his part in Matt Targett poking scoring at the wrong end from five yards out.
Heung-Min Son, who assisted both goals, showcased his turn of pace by leaving Kortney Hause in the Midlands, when his bursting run down the left eventually saw him pull a ball across that led to the winning goal.
Nonetheless, it was a much-needed three points for Spurs and a real morale-booster, as the second of three international breaks for 2021 now kicks in.
