Corriere Dello Sport say that Arsenal are keen to sign Eriksen, and could potentially swap him for Granit Xhaka.
Eriksen has had a miserable time at Inter Milan since joining them from Tottenham Hotspur, but there are a number of Arsenal supporters who are keen to see the playmaker arrive.
Eriksen would indeed be a surprise target for Arsenal, but his addition could make a lot of sense.
At his best the Dane was one of the best playmakers in the entirety of the Premier League.
Arsenal have struggled to create chances throughout the campaign so far, but Eriksen’s inclusion would surely help in that regard.
However, it is now a long time since Eriksen was at the top of his game, and Mikel Arteta would have work to do to restore the 28-year-old back to his best, if he was to move to the Emirates Stadium.
