Borussia Dortmund fans are not keen on the idea of losing Julian Brandt to Arsenal for just £22 million.
Football London suggest that Arsenal want to take the German playmaker this month, as they look to inject some creativity into their side.
But Dortmund supporters feel that Arsenal would be getting the better of the deal, if Mikel Arteta’s side did land him for such a low price.
Brandt’s place in Dortmund’s team looks uncertain, but he remains an exciting talent.
The 24-year-old chipped in with seven goals and 13 assists last season, and if he could repeat those figures in an Arsenal shirt then he would be a welcome addition.
If Brandt was to arrive at Arsenal his route into the first-team no longer looks as straight forward as it once did, though.
Emile Smith Rowe has been a revelation since coming into Arsenal’s starting line-up, and Arteta will surely not want to drop the youngster, considering the brilliant form he has shown of late.
