Tottenham Hotspur boss Jose Mourinho has suggested to Football London that Harry Kane is not injured and remains fully fit.
Kane was rushed back to health by Tottenham and started against West Bromwich Albion at the weekend.
The striker’s comeback was way ahead of schedule, after it was initially expected that he would miss most of February with injury.
But Mourinho insists that Kane has not suffered any repercussions from starting at the weekend, and he has even hinted that the Tottenham man could feature tonight against Everton.
“No bad reactions, he played well as you could see. No problems, at least no big problems,” Mourinho said.
“Again, we need to go player by player, on two days between West Brom and Everton, we go player by player to have their feelings and discuss with them to see the best options.
“Of course, we want to go with a strong team but at the same time we don’t want to create problems with the future of the players.”

Whether Kane will be risked tonight or rested remains to be seen.
Tottenham may be less eager to put Kane in their team for an FA Cup game, as the league remains their priority, but Mourinho has consistently stated that he is taking the competition seriously.
If Kane doesn’t start then Carlos Vinicius looks the most likely player to feature up-front this evening.
