As Aleksandar Mitrovic continues to impress for Fulham it’s revealed there are no personal issues with Rafa Benitez at Newcastle.

Aleksandar Mitrovic was the match-winner for Fulham at the weekend as they made it 15 Championship matches unbeaten with a 2-1 victory at Preston North End.
Mitrovic netted a brace at Deepdale with the second coming in the 91st minute to secure all three points as the striker continues to impress on loan from Newcastle United.

The 23-year-old has scored seven goals in eight games for the Cottagers since arriving on a temporary deal from Newcastle during the January transfer window.
Mitrovic has already played one more match for the West London side in a little over a month than he managed in the entire first half of the season for the Magpies.

There were rumours that the Serbia international and manager Rafa Benitez had fallen out, but the Chronicle reports that there are no personal issues between the two men and that was not the reason for the forward’s omission from the first team.
Does that mean that if Mitrovic continues to impress in the second tier of English football then he could still have a future at St James’ Park under the guidance of Benitez?
