Preston yet to receive any new bids for Birmingham and Sunderland target Jordan Hugill.
Preston North End manager Alex Neil says that the club are yet to receive any new offers for Jordan Hugill since a £2.5m bid from Birmingham City was rejected.
The Sunderland Echo reports how both the Blues and Sunderland are keen on signing the striker, who scored 13 Championship goals last season.

Simon Grayson was Hugill’s boss at Deepdale when he found that rich vein of form and now he is with the Black Cats he is keen to bring the 25-year-old with him.
Ipswich Town and Wolverhampton Wanderers are thought to have also shown interest in the past, but are no longer among the favourites for the forward’s signature.
“If I’m being honest, there is nothing to talk about, there are no offers in right now,” Neil said.
“What was put in was rejected and that is basically where we are.”
Jordan Hugill of Preston North End celebrates
Although Neil views Hugill as a big part of his plans for the upcoming campaign, the Birmingham Mail reported recently that Preston are open to letting the Englishman leave if the right offer is made.
The attacker joined the Lilywhites from Port Vale in 2014, but has since spent time on loan at Tranmere Rovers and Hartlepool United and has 20 goals in 85 games for the Lancashire club.
