Tottenham Hotspur fans feel that they should be going all out against West Ham United this evening, which doesn’t look set to be the case.

Changes to be made

Antonio Conte intimated at his press conference yesterday, which was covered by Football London, that he would be making changes tonight.

He said that is was simply impossible to name the same line-up and that he wanted to rest some of Tottenham’s players tonight.

However, those comments have not been agreed with by all Spurs fans.

Tottenham haven’t won a trophy since 2008, and the League Cup may present Conte with his best chance of delivering silverware in his first season.

Spurs are just three wins away from being victorious in the competition after-all.

And many Tottenham supporters feel that they should be going with a full strength side tonight.

Worrying news?

Tottenham typically haven’t coped well when rotating away from their first choice line-up this season.

However, there were signs that even the fringe players at Tottenham are buying into Conte’s ethos at the weekend.

The likes of Harry Winks and Dele Alli both started for Spurs against Liverpool and put in their best performances in recent memory in the 2-2 draw.

If others who have been sidelined can do similar tonight, then things really will start looking up for Tottenham.

In terms of personnel, it could be that the likes of Joe Rodon, Matt Doherty and Giovani Lo Celso are all given opportunities this evening, if Conte is looking to make changes.
