Aston Villa owner Tony Xia has taken to Twitter to react to Tuesday’s 4-0 away win over Burton Albion, their third Championship victory in a row.
Villa beat Nottingham Forest 2-1 at Villa Park on Saturday afternoon but were back on the road on Tuesday night, travelling to the Pirelli Stadium to take on Nigel Clough’s Burton Albion side.

It proved to be a comfortable win for Villa, with Keinan Davis heading home the opener before Albert Adomah continued his fine recent form, running through on goal before scoring into the near post.
Robert Snodgrass smashed home his first goal for Villa with a strike from the edge of the box, and another loanee added a fourth in the second half, as Josh Onomah converted from inside the area after being played in by Scott Hogan.
With three wins in a row, Villa lie just two points off the play-off places and have really impressed over the last three games, bouncing back well from successive 0-0 home draws with Brentford and Middlesbrough.
The pressure has certainly eased on manager Steve Bruce, and he will be hoping for a strong result against Bolton Wanderers to make sure that Villa head into the international break with four wins in a row.
After Tuesday’s comprehensive win over Bolton, owner Tony Xia took to Twitter to react, claiming there are now no fears over the club’s away form, after their second away win in a row.
Xia added that Villa are heading in the right direction, and focused his attention on one key word: confidence.
