Robbie Savage pointed out on Amazon Prime that there is now ‘no mention’ of Mesut Ozil after Arsenal won back-to-back matches.
The BBC pundit was highlighting how recent wins for the North London club has seen Arsenal’s creative spark not get a mention.
When Arsenal were losing games, a lot was made of Ozil’s exclusion and how Mikel Arteta could do with his creative mind in the middle of the park.
But Savage suggested that talk has now gone under the bed whilst Arsenal go through one of their better periods of the season.
“There’s two wins and there is no mention the creativity of Ozil,” said Savage. “That’s winning games.
“No mention of Ozil during the last two games because they have won both.”

Whilst some have hinted and questioned whether Arsenal’s £42 million will return next month [BBC Sport], it does seem as though it’s curtains for the German.
He will either remain out of the 25-man squad until the end of the season or force himself to move to another club.
If he does return now then someone like Emile Smith-Rowe may find that their game time is reduced, so it will be unfair on the youngsters who have been a shining light recently.
