Tam McManus has claimed on Twitter that Celtic interim manager John Kennedy gets undue criticism from some fans.
Kennedy has been appointed as the interim manager of Celtic following the departure of Neil Lennon.
The former Scotland international central defender played for the Hoops and has been working as a first-team coach at the club since 2014.
Kennedy has worked with Ronny Deila, Brendan Rodgers and Lennon during his coaching career at Celtic so far.
Former Hibernian forward McManus, who now works as a pundit for PLZ Soccer, believes that Kennedy gets undue criticism from some sections of the fans.
Building for next season
Celtic are unlikely to catch bitter Old Firm rivals Rangers at the top of the Scottish Premiership table and are not in Europe.
The defending Scottish champions’ season is virtually over, and the Glasgow giants have to build for the 2021-22 campaign and beyond.

It will be interesting to see whether Celtic hand Kennedy the managerial job on a full-time basis in due time or they bring in someone new.
There could be some big changes at Celtic in the coming months.
