West Ham fans have reacted on Twitter to rumours that Chelsea are offering Tammy Abraham to Borussia Dortmund in a player + cash deal for Erling Haaland.

The England international has been attracting interest from several Premier League clubs this summer, including West Ham.

But with Chelsea keen on adding a number nine to their ranks, it seems as though they are trying to use either Abraham or Callum Hudson-Odoi to lure Haaland to London, as reported by Sky Sports.

Whilst it seems unlikely, if Abraham were to be part of any Haaland deal then it would throw a spanner in the works for the Hammers’ transfer business.

Just like their neighbours, they are also looking for a striker and they may have to look elsewhere if Abraham is taken off the list.

But sections of the West Ham support cannot see Dortmund entertaining the idea of replacing Haaland with Abraham, even if they get a load of cash on top.

Both in the Championship and in the Premier League, Abraham has showcased a great knack of being in the right place at the right time to score goals.

Whilst he doesn’t have the all-round package to his game that a Danny Ings, Patrick Bamford or a Ollie Watkins might possess.

But what he does have is brilliant position play and a quick-thinking nature to his game when inside the penalty area.

A style that would no doubt suit David Moyes’ West Ham, who also need that added depth because they are in Europe this season.

Here is a selection of West Ham fans reacting to the Chelsea transfer rumour involving Abraham:
