Everton attacking midfielder Ross Barkley has not been in great form so far this season.
Arsenal legend Thierry Henry has suggested in The Sun that Ross Barkley should heed Ronald Koeman’s advice.
Barkley is one of the best young players in the Premier League, but the attacking midfielder has not been playing too well this season.
The 22-year-old has scored two goals and created 30 chances in 12 league matches for the Toffees so far this campaign.
Back in October, Everton manager Koeman criticised Barkley, and suggested that the youngster needs to improve, as quoted by BBC Sport.

Former Arsenal striker Henry has advised the Everton youngster to heed Koeman’s advice and to play the way he is expected it.
“The best response is to show people they are wrong — in the long term,” Henry wrote in The Sun. “And to remember that they are usually trying to help.
“For Koeman it’s a tactic, a way to spark a reaction from Barkley. There is no doubt he likes him, he has played him in every position across the midfield — No 10, out wide, holding midfield.
“If he didn’t like him, he wouldn’t play him. And he certainly wouldn’t talk about him. The time to worry is when you are NOT being talked about! Anyway, what can Barkley do? He has no choice: Ronald is his boss. His only choice: Play well!”

Barkley is a very good and promising young attacking midfielder, but he does need to improve and add consistency to his game.
Koeman is a good manager, and working with the Dutchman is only going to help the Everton youngster.
Given that he is only 22 years of age, the England international certainly has time on his hand.
Everton will take on Manchester United at Goodison Park in the Premier League on Sunday evening.
