Some Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation linking the club with Lewis Cook.

According to The Daily Star, Leeds are interested in signing Cook from Bournemouth in the summer transfer window.

It has been reported that the West Yorkshire outfit – who will play in the Premier League next season after winning automatic promotion from the Championship – are planning to make a £15 million move for the England international midfielder.

Cook joined Bournemouth from Leeds in the summer of 2016 for a transfer fee reported by The Daily Star to be worth £6 million.

The 23-year-old has had injury problems in recent times, but the youngster has got valuable experience in the Premier League with Bournemouth.

With the Cherries having been relegated to the Championship, they may have to sell some of their best players, and Cook could be tempted to return to Elland Road.

Another player Leeds have been linked with this season is Lyanco, with O Jogo reporting earlier this month of interest in the Brazilian youngster from the Whites (click here to read more).

However, it seems that Leeds could miss out on the 23-year-old Brazilian central defender, with Gianlucadimarzio.com reporting that Bologna are in talks with Torino to sign him on a permanent contract, with Napoli also taking interest in him.
