Rangers are usually active when it comes to striking pre-contract agreements, and they secured three this time around.
The likes of Josh Windass, Matt Crooks and Glen Kamara have all signed pre-contract agreements with Rangers in recent times, with varying levels of success.
In January, Rangers sorted out pre-contract agreements with Aberdeen winger Scott Wright as well as Bournemouth duo Jack Simpson and Nnamdi Ofoborh.
Wright and Simpson ended up turning their moves into immediate deals on deadline day, but there is now a wait for Ofoborh.
The midfielder is spending the second half of the season on loan at Wycombe Wanderers as he looks to prepare himself for life at Ibrox.
Ofoborh, 21, only ever played five games for Bournemouth’s first team after prior spells with Tottenham Hotspur and Millwall, so Rangers will be hoping he is a diamond in the rough.
Diminutive at 5ft 9in tall but very hard-working, Ofoborh doesn’t have bags of game time under his belt, but he has big dreams.
Ofoborh has told the Daily Record that he wants to play in the Champions League, but finds it ‘surreal’ to know that he will be playing for Rangers this summer.

“It has always been a dream for me to play in the Champions League,” said Ofoborh. “I’m a person who has confident in my ability and I’ve been through a lot already in my career But I always told my friends that one day I’ll play in that tournament. If I get that chance at Rangers, I’ll have done it way earlier than I expected. It would be a massive achievement for me”
““I’m buzzing about the move. It’s still a bit surreal to me that I’m actually joining a club like Rangers. I just can’t wait to get up there, get started and do what I need to do. I know all about Rangers. I grew up watching any game of football I could get my hands on. I just love football, it’s always been my thing. If I’m not playing it, then I am watching it.”
“I remember watching the Old Firm matches. I’ve spoken to a lot of people about the fans up there [in Scotland] not just in the Old Firm game but in general. It’s a sell-out crowd and to play in front of 50,000 supporters will be really incredible for me,” he added.
